What happens after you write
No sales sequence and no newsletter. This is the whole process.
A reply within one business day
From a data engineer or annotation lead in the area you wrote about, with a few questions and some times for a call.
A 30-minute scoping call
We ask what the records are, where they live, who will use the result, and how you'll know it worked. You don't need to share any data for this call.
An NDA before any data
A mutual NDA, ours or yours, is signed before we see a sample, a schema, or a screenshot. For health information, a business associate agreement comes before that too.
A written scope
Within five business days of the call: deliverables, volumes, quality gates, timeline, team, and a fixed price or unit rate. If a pilot isn't the right first step, the scope says so.
Before you write
Do I need to send data to get a quote?
No. Counts, formats, and a description of where the records live are enough for a first scope. If we need to see samples, we'll set up a secure route after the NDA is signed. Please don't paste records, patient details, or credentials into the contact form.
I'm an existing client. Where should I go?

Can we meet in person?
Yes. Our office is at 188 East Capitol Street, Suite 1350, in downtown Jackson, and visits are by appointment. We also travel to clients across the Gulf South when the work calls for it.
